Print-on-Order Items
Due to the unique nature of our print-on-order items, we DO NOT accept exchanges or cancellations. Please keep in mind that all print-on-demand products are MADE TO ORDER (refer to our Shipping and Payment Info Policy). As a result, we are unable to accommodate exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed. We kindly ask you to carefully review your orders before submitting them.

Apparel, Accessories, and Art Prints
If you have ordered apparel, accessories (including handbags, bags, headgear, and footwear), or any other art prints, and the item you received does not match your order or the size you requested, we are happy to assist with an exchange or refund, excluding shipping costs. To initiate this process, please email us a photograph of the received item, along with your order details, including order number and name. We will promptly review your request and get in touch with you.

We strongly advise checking and double-checking your orders prior to finalizing them to ensure accuracy. Please make sure to check and double check your orders prior to hitting submit.  Most if not all of our apparel, accessories, art prints etc. have sizing and dimensions, measurements, etc. listing in the product description.  Please read that carefully.  If an item is cut smaller or fits differently than it should – that is posted within the description of that item.  (ex:  runs small – order size up, or runs large – size down, or true to size).

Non-Print-on-Order Items
For non-print-on-order items, our refund and returns policy extends for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Certain items are exempt from return, including perishable goods (such as food and flowers), newspapers or magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, online courses, some health and personal care items, original artworks, leisure services (e.g. equipment rental, sports events, hobby courses), signed books, and print-on-order items.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

Return Shipping
